On December 22, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmaidzin; Mr. Alexey V. Lubkov, Rector of the MPGU and His delegation accompanied by R. Mirzakhanian, Rector of Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan, was received by His Holiness Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II.
