Blessing of Foundations of St. Gevorg Church in Berd

On May 20 His Eminence Archbishop Yeznik Petrosyan, Primate of the Diocese of Tavoush, conducted the foundation blessing ceremony for the St. Gevorg church in the city of Berd. The benefactor of the church is the late Mr. John Stephens (Fresno, CA, USA). The community of Berd and the "Aygedzor" Construction company also contribute to the construction process. Two churches of the city were ruined during the Soviet era, 80 years ago.
