Blessing of a Cross-Stone in the Abovian Detention Facility

The newly created cross-stone was installed and blessed in the Abovian Detention Facility for Women and Juveniles. The ceremony was conducted by His Grace Bishop Artak Tigranyan and Rev. Fr. Ruben Zargaryan, the Director of the Prison Ministry Program for the Mother See.
