Blessing of a Cross-Stone in Goris Detention Facility

The newly created cross-stone was installed and blessed in the Detention Facility of Goris. The ceremony was conducted by Rev. Fr. Ruben Zargaryan, the Director of the Prison Ministry Program for the Mother See.
