A blessing of a cross-stone dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide was offered at the military unit in the district of Kanaker, Yerevan by His Grace Bishop Vrtanes Abrahamyan, Head Chaplain of the Republic of Armenia Armed Forces.
