On November 23, in the Mother Cathedral of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Grace Bishop Vardan Navasardyan, Head of the Christian Education Center of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, celebrated his first Episcopal "Divine Liturgy of Oath".
