Bagrat Bishop's episcopal order is preserved

The Primate of the Diocese of Tavush, His Eminence Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan appealed to the Catholicos of All Armenians to suspend his spiritual ministry. The Archbishop's request was discussed in the Mother See and it was decided to proceed until the new administration. Archbishop Bagrat's episcopal order is preserved, his ecclesiastical and administrative service is terminated.
