Armenian Church participates in the Chaplains' Conference in Kiev

With the blessing of His Holiness Karekin II Catholicos of All Armenians, Fr. Rouben Zargaryan, Head Chaplain of the Prison Ministry Program of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, represented the Armenian Apostolic Church at a Chaplains' International Conference held in Kiev on May 12-14.
