Archbishop Ezras blessed the newly built Armenian church in Shahumyan village of Rostov-on-Don

The newly built Armenian church of Shahumyan village of Yegorlik region, the foundations of which were consecrated by Archbishop Ezras in 2017, was consecrated. The church was built by the joint efforts of the villagers. More than two thousand Armenians live in Shahumyan village, who are from Mush by roots. There is a school where two hundred students attend, they have a kindergarten, a playground, and a cultural center. Most of the streets bear Armenian names: Baghramyan, Nalbandian, Shahumyan.
