With the blessings of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians and through the initiative of Governor Artur Nalbandyan of the Lori region; a jubilee evening was organized on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of priesthood and the 20th anniversary of Episcopal ordination of His Eminence Archbishop Sepuh Chuljyan, Primate of the Gugarq Diocese.
