Brill, a Dutch publishing house, has recently published the English translation of a historical text on the writings of Aristotle, originally written in Greek by Greek philosopher Porphyry (3rd century). The original Greek text has been lost, however, Armenian philosopher Davit the Invincible had translated the Greek text into classical Armenian in the 5th century. This surviving 5th century translation of the original Greek text, along with the introduction, and notes, has now been translated into English by Mrs. Gohar Muradyan, Doctor of Philology.
