An Armenian khachkar was installed in the Almudena Cathedral of Madrid

On the Feast of the Pentecost, the consecration of the khachkar took place by Arch. Parsamyan and the Metropolitan Archbishop of Madrid, Cardinal Jose Cobo Cano. Artak Hambardzumyan is the author of the crucifix similar to the embroidered crucifix created by Momik in Noravank. The monument was installed last August with a donation from the Armenian community of Madrid.
