A Social-Educational Center to be Established in Noyemberyan

A social-educational center will be opened in Noyemberyan town in the Diocese of Tavush with the grant support of the RA ESCS. The signing of the memorandum was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Armenia Jun Yamada and the Primate of the Tavush Diocese His Grace Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan.
