Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

Children from the Armenian Church Youth Group of St. Sargis in Argavand and from the Marie Izmirlian orphanage, take a pilgrimage together each year to the village of Oshakan. It has become a tradition that at the end of the summer, the youth travel to the village and visit the St. Mesrop Mashtots Church. Here they learn about the the inventor of the Armenian alphabet, St. Mesrop Mashtots, and pray together.
