His Holiness Karekin II, made a Pontifical visit to the Armenian Dioceses of Romania, and the Ukraine. In Romania, he offered the re-consecration service of Suchava's Hachkatar Holy Mother of God Church, & presided over the 500th anniversary celebrations of its founding. In the Ukraine, he discussed the status issue of the Saints Paul and Peter Armenian Church, which now belongs to the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.
