HH Karekin II presided during the blessing of the foundation of a new wing being constructed for the Gevorkian Theological Seminary in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. The benefactors of the building are Bedros and Anna Oruncakciel from Los Angeles, CA (USA).
