The meeting of the Supreme Spiritual Council convened in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiatsin

On June 11, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; the activities of the Supreme Spiritual Council were launched.
The meeting began with the Lord's Prayer, following which His Holiness Karekin II, conveying his appreciation and blessings to the clergy and lay members of the Supreme Spiritual Council, asked for the graces and guidance of the Holy Spirit to hold the regular SSC meeting effectively.
During the meeting, issues related to the external threats facing the Motherland and internal political developments, the re-consecration of the Mother Cathedral and the organization of the Holy Muron, Church-ideological issues will be discussed.
Various ecclesiastical, diocesan, educational issues are also included in the agenda.
