The Catholicos of All Armenians Sent a Congratulatory Letter to the Newly Elected President of Iran

On June 20, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; sent a congratulatory letter to Ebrahim Raisi on his election as President of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

We wish that under your leadership, friendly Iran will record new successes and achievements, continuing to make a commendable contribution to the strengthening of peace and stability in the region.
"We are grateful that today, the long-term friendship of our two peoples continues to strengthen through effective cooperation between our countries," is stated in the message of His Holiness.
The Armenian Pontiff wished the faithful of Iran a secure peace, and the permanent support of the Most High God to the newly elected President.
