Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On July 12, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received members of the Church-loving youth associations of the Aragatsotn diocese, under the guidance of the Head of the church-loving youth associations of the diocese, Rev. Fr. Paren Arakelyan.

Introducing the pilgrim Armenians, Father Paren mentioned that the young people visited the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin to receive the blessings of the Armenian Patriarch.

His Holiness, conveying his paternal love and blessings to the pilgrims, highlighted the activities of the youth associations operating under the auspices of the Armenian Church, through which Armenians have the opportunity to become acquainted with spiritual values and sacred heritage and contribute to the achievement of the Church's mission. On this occasion, the Catholicos of All Armenians expressed his appreciation to the spiritual servants of the Aragatsotn Diocese, led by the diocesan Primate, for the care shown to young people, for keeping their faith and spirit strong and for strengthening them with the word of God.

At the meeting, the Armenian Patriarch urged the young Armenians to preserve and make the eternal values stored in the treasury of the Church the guide of their lives, to be guided by the scriptural commandements, to remain attached to the Mother Church with strong faith, to serve the Motherland and to be worthy children of the nation.

During the meeting, His Holiness also answered the questions of the young people, which were related to the youth programs of the Armenian Church, pastoral activities and the mission of the Church in favor of the involvement of young people.
