Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On October 18, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received Shantanu Narayen, President and chief executive officer of "Adobe" company, which received the RA state award for global investment in the field of information technologies, accompanied by Yervand Zoryan, President of "Synopsis Armenia" company and executive director Hovik Musayelyan.

Congratulating on the occasion of receiving the RA State Prize, the Catholicos of All Armenians welcomed the contribution of Mr. Shantanu Narayen in the field of IT and noted the importance that the products of his mind contribute to the progress and well-being of human life, peace and justice.

In his remarks, His Holiness emphasized that the Armenian Church, along with its spiritual mission, was also the creator of Armenian culture and scientific thought, being the defender of the Armenian identity and the guarantor of its permanence.

Mr. Shantanu Narayen expressed gatitude to the Catholicos of All Armenians for his warm welcome, emphasizing that it is a great honor to be in the spiritual center of the Armenian people.

At the meeting, the meeting members discussed the challenges facing the forcibly displaced Armenians from Artsakh, the preservation of Artsakh's spiritual and cultural heritage, and the security issues of Armenia. The innovative achievements of the high-tech sector in overcoming the challenges faced by humanity were also highlighted.
