The Catholicos of All Armenians received the Head of Austria's Graz-Seckau Diocese and pilgrims
On April 14, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received Austrian pilgrims, led by Bishop Wilhelm Krautväschli, Primate of the Diocese of Graz-Seckau, Austria, and accompanied by the Pontifical Delegate of Central Europe and Sweden His Grace Bishop Tiran Petrosyan.
The Catholicos of All Armenians, referring to the challenges facing the Armenian people at the present time, expressed his gratitude to the authorities and people of Austria for their support to Armenia.
His Holiness conveyed his blessings to the pilgrims, noting their visit to Armenia and the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin as another evidence of solidarity.
In turn, His Grace Bishop Wilhelm confirmed that he visited Armenia and the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin as a pilgrimage to bring their solidarity to the Armenian people and the Church and support to the Armenians of Artsakh.
