Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On May 22, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received Mr. Hakob Ter-Khachaturian, representative of the ARF Bureau and chairman of the Central Council of Armenian Dat Committees, and the delegation led by Murad Papazyan, Co-chairman of the Coordinating Council of Armenian Organizations in France, member of the ARF Bureau. Deputies of the French Senate were also part of the delegation.

During the meeting, His Holiness and the members of the delegation discussed issues related to the challenges facing Armenia and the Armenian people, emphasizing the importance of national unity in domestic life and joint efforts in overcoming the existing problems.

In his remarks, the Armenian Patriarch referred to the need to protect the rights of Armenia and Artsakh Armenians and the efforts made by the French authorities in that direction. On this occasion, His Holiness expressed his appreciation to the deputies of the French Senate for their ongoing support.

At the conclusion, His Holiness answered the questions of the delegation members, which were related to the work carried out by the Mother See in the preservation of Artsakh's spiritual and cultural heritage and the return of Armenian captives.
