Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On May 17, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received Mr. Domenico Arduini, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Armenia.

The Catholicos of All Armenians noted with gratitude that the Sovereign Order of Malta is carrying out a humanitarian mission in different countries and in Armenia, especially in these difficult days for our people.

At the meeting, His Holiness also conveyed information to the Ambassador about the social and health programs implemented by the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, particularly emphasizing the spiritual and social support provided to the families of the dead and wounded soldiers in the post-war period.

In turn, Ambassador Domenico Arduini presented to the Armenian Patriarch the humanitarian and health programs implemented by the  Sovereign Order in Armenia, as well as the initiatives of introducing innovative programs and sharing experience in the mentioned fields.

At the conclusion, His Holiness conveyed his blessing to the Ambassador, wishing that the plans of the Sovereign Order of Malta would be successful.
