With deep concern, we were informeed that Azerbaijan has launched large-scale military operations against Artsakh under the false pretext of "anti-terrorist operation", shelling the peaceful settlements of Artsakh, targeting the capital Stepanakert.

We strongly condemn this next hostile action of Azerbaijan and call on all international structures to restrain the authorities of Azerbaijan and adequately respond to the genocidal actions of Azerbaijan.
