By Pontifical Order of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; on June 21 Rev. Fr. Koryun Arakelyan was retired from serving as Dean of the St. Gayane Monastery.
In this regard, the office of the Grand Sacristan of the Mother See was dictated to ensure the residence of Father Koryun in the Monastery.
The case of Fr. Koryun was discussed by the Monastic Disciplinary Committee at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
By Pontifical Order of His Holiness Karekin II, Rev. Fr, Matheos Poghosyan was appointed to serve as Dean of the St. Gayane Monastery.
