Armenian Apostolic Holy Church The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

The Armenian Apostolic Holy Church will celebrate the Palm Sunday, the triumphant entry of our Lord Jesus Christ in Jerusalem, on April 14. Under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; Palm Sunday is also annually declared to be the Blessing of Children Day. On the occasion of the Feast, under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, at 10:00 a.m., the Blessing Service of the Four Corners of the World (Andastan) and the Blessing of Children Service will be offered in the courtyard of the Mother Cathedral. At 11:00 a.m., the Brotherhood of the Mother See will attend the Divine Liturgy in the St. Gayane Monastery, and following the conclusion the Blessing of Children Service will be offered. At 17:30 p.m., the Opening of the Door service will be offered in the St. Gayane Monastery.
