New Appointments of Clergy to Dioceses World-Wide
By Pontifical Order of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; new appointments of clergy have been made.
Rev. Fr. Nshan Alaverdyan has been appointed to serve in the Armenian Diocese of Great Britain and Ireland. Fr. Nshan was recently serving in the Araratian Pontifical Diocese.
On December 17, 2017, six priests were ordained in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. As they have completied the period of 40 days of seclusion, they have been assigned to now serve in various Dioceses.
Rev. Fr. Serovbe Patvakanyan was appointed to serve in the Diocese of Artsakh; Rev. Fr. Mkhitar Aharonyan was appointed to serve in the Diocese of Aragatsotn; Rev. Fr. Hrant Manookian was appointed to serve in the Armenian Diocese of Canada; Rev. Fr. Njdeh Keshishyan was appointed to serve in the Armenian Diocese of Bulgaria; Rev. Fr. Kerovbe Barseghian was appointed to serve in the Armenian Diocese of Russia and New Nakhijevan and Rev. Fr. Kirakos Simonyan was appointed to serve in the Armenian Diocese of Georgia.
