Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin Continues to Receive Donations for the Implementation of Social programs

In response to the circular letter delivered by His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin continues to receive donations from different dioceses aimed at assisting those Armenians who are in need these days due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America has donated fifty thousand USD for the implementation of social programs. The Armenian Diocese of Canada has transferred twenty-five thousand USD.
On April 30, within the framework of healthcare programs implemented by the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin aimed at overcoming the consequences of Coronavirus pandemic, Rev. Fr. Markos Mangasaryan, Head of the Social Services Office of the Mother See; Director of Izmirlian Medical Center Mr. Armen Charchyan; and RA Deputy Minister of Healthcare Mr. Shavarsh Grigoryan; medical supplies worth 26 million 500 thousand AMD handed over to the RA Ministry of Health.
The medical supplies, which were acquired by the financial support of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin thanks to the donations from its dioceses, included two lung ventilation devices, anesthesiology system, mattresses and other necessary items.
The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin will continue to serve in healthcare, educational and social spheres.
