International Conference Entitled “The Church and The Family in the 21st century: values and challenges’’ in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

From October 9 to 10, with the Blessings of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; within the framework of the “Year of Family” events, an international conference entitled “The Church and The Family in the 21st century: values and challenges’’ under the motto “The strong family – the powerful family” will be held in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
The Conference is dedicated to the relationships between the Church and the family and the main principles of the preservation of the family values in the modern society.
During the international conference, reports regarding the Christian perception of the family, the marriage, the ideas about the modern family, towards the challenges of the secularization and the Christian value system and the family, the current issues that the family faces in the legal and preaching spheres and the other topics, will be delivered by the speakers from the Armenia and the other countries as well as the representatives of the Sister Churches.
