His Holiness Ilia II Continues Visit to Armenia

In the evening of May 7, His Holiness Ilia II, Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, and His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, visited with the President of the Republic of Armenia, Mr. Robert Kocharian.
Following their meeting with the President, the two Pontiffs visited Yerevan's Mother Cathedral of St. Gregory the Illuminator, where His Holiness Ilia II paid homage before the relics of the patron saint of the Armenian Church, Saint Gregory.
The Catholicos of All Armenians and the Patriarch of the Georgian Orthodox Church, accompanied by their respective delegations, then visited the Georgian Orthodox Church of the Holy Resurrection in the Noragavit district of Yerevan.
