Ferrahian High School Students Visit Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin

On June 2, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received 40 11th grade students from the Ferrahian High School in Encinos, California, USA.
Reflecting on their visit, His Holiness noted that the visit to Armenia and the Mother See, by students from graduating classes of various Armenian colleges and high schools in the Diaspora, has become a nice tradition.
His Holiness stressed that this visit will leave an indelible mark in the hearts of the young people and will become an opportunity for them to be inspired and strengthened through their homeland and her treasured places. His Holiness urged the graduates to continue their studies with diligence and record new achievements in life.
His Holiness noted that it is important that they visit Armenia again in the future, to strengthen their love towards the homeland.
Ms. Sosi Shanlyan, Director of the Ferrahian High School, detailed to His Holiness the educational activities of the school.
At the conclusion, His Holiness wished the students the support and guidance of Almighty God, for the realization of their goals and wishes, and with an intensity of national spirit, to use their knowledge for the sake of the homeland and the Armenian people.
