Chancellor of the Mother See Hosted the Winners of the “Haykyan” Awards Ceremony
On August 09, in the “Vatche and Tamar Manoukian” Library of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Grace Bishop Arshak Kachatryan, Chancellor of the Mother See; hosted the winners of the “Haykyan” Awards Ceremony, who supported Artsakh and Armenia during and after the 44-day War of Artsakh. The “Haykyan” Awards Ceremony is organized by the “Armenia First” initiative in cooperation with the "Help" foundation. At the meeting, the co-founder of the Help Foundation Ms. Lusine Piroyan, introduced the guests to His Grace Bishop Arshak, as well as informed about the new initiatives and programs to be implemented in Armenia and Artsakh. Welcoming the visit of the Armenian sons to the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin; His Grace Bishop Arshak conveyed the Blessings and best wishes of the Patriarch of All Armenians to them. Bishop Arshak expressed his gratitude to the representatives of the foundations and the “Haykyan” award winners, for their support to Armenia and Artsakh in different spheres in different times, in particular, during the recent 44-day War of Artsakh. The Chancellor of the Mother See emphasized the high importance of the need for the common spiritual values, in particular, the unity of the Armenians around the Armenian Church, which is the key factor in overcoming the challenges that the nation and the homeland are facing. According to His Grace, it is due to overcoming the challenges that the Church and the Armenian society are facing, that is possible to strive and achieve victories. In turn, the representatives of the foundations expressed their gratitude to the Armenian Church for its efforts and activities in the preservation of the Armenian cultural and spiritual heritage.
