Catholicos of All Armenians Visits Echmiadzin Charity Soup Kithchen

On December 26, on the occasion of the New Year and Christmas feasts, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; visited the Echmiadzin charity soup kitchen to convey his blessings and congratulations to the lonely elderly and needy people.
The Catholicos of All Armenians conveyed his best wishes for health and wellbeing to the daily visitors of the soup kitchen and handed gifts on the occasion of the feasts.
At the conclusion, His Holiness also dined with the elderly people and answered their questions. During the conversation, the Armenians expressed their gratitude to His Holiness for the caring attitude of the Mother See and the national benefactors.
Five soup kitchens in different cities of Armenia are today operating under the auspices of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadizn, where nine hundred people receive regular meals each day.
