Catholicos of All Armenians Visited ‘Kurkjian’ Children's Support Center

On December 26, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; visited the ‘Kurkjian’ Children's Support Center, operating under the auspices of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadizn, to convey his blessings and congratulations to the children on the occasion of New Year and Christmas feasts.
The children in the center prayed the Lord's Prayer with the His Holiness, they also performed the Pontifical Hymn. The Armenian Pontiff distributed gifts to the children, was interested in their daily routine and talked about children's preferences.
Highlighting the mission of the center, the Catholicos of All Armenians extended his appreciation to Rev. Fr. Markos Mangasaryan, Director of the Social Services Department of the Mother See and for the responsibility and care shown to the employees of the center, urging them to continue educating the children with more diligence, to fill their souls with joy, warmth and love, in order they become worthy children of the nation.
