Catholicos of All Armenians Received Primate of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America
On March 7, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received Rev. Fr. Daniel Findikian, Primate of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America.
During the meeting, the Catholicos of All Armenians conveyed his blessing and best wishes to Fr. Daniel, once again congratulating him on being elected as the Primete of the Diocese. His Holiness confirmed with satisfaction that Fr. Daniel is loved by the Armenian community for his long-term dedicated service and enjoys the trust of everyone. Speaking about the existing problems and challenges in the life of the Armenian community, His Holiness expressed confidence that through the support of the clergy and the faithful it will be possible to overcome them and keep the national-ecclesiastical life in progress.
During the conversation, the Primate expressed his heartfelt love and gratitude to the Armenian Pontiff, for the displayed Patriarchal care and trust towards him since the years when he was a Deacon in the Mother See. Father Daniel also reflected on the challenges facing the Armenian diocese and the Armenian community, noting that all his strengths and abilities should be invested and served for the brightness of the Eastern Diocese and the welfare of the faithful.
At the conclusion, His Holiness wished success to Rev. Fr. Daniel Findikian in his mission.
