Catholicos of All Armenians Received Catholic Bishop of the Malin-Brussels Diocese of Belgium

On August 3, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received Bishop Jean Kockerols, Auxiliary Bishop of the Malin-Brussels Catholic Diocese of Belgium.
His Holiness welcomed the visit of the Bishop to the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, and expressed confidence that visits to Armenia's sacred sites will become a source of spiritual renewal and leave indelible impressions.
The Bishop expressed deep gratitude to the Catholicos of All Armenians for the warm reception, care and attention.
During the meeting, His Holiness noted that the Armenian community in Belgium has always enjoyed the love and respect of the Catholic Church. They also reflected on the warm relationship between the two churches.
Attending the meeting were His Grace Bishop Moushegh Babyan, Director of the Administrative Department of Mother See and Very Rev. Fr. Shahe Ananyan, Director of the Ecumenical Relations Department of Mother See.
