Catholicos of All Armenians Met Clergymen of the Accelerated Priest Course

On March 20, in the “Karekin I” Educational Center of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; met the 20 clergymen participating the Accelerated Priest Course from different Dioceses of Armenia, Artsakh and Diaspora.
Chairman of the Course, His Eminence Archbishop Yeznik Petrosyan, informed His Holiness that it is the 11th Accelerated Priest Course and so far 198 clergymen participated in the course.
His Holiness stated that today many challenges are facing the Armenian Church in the Homeland and Diaspora, and in order to overcome them, the clergyman must be prepared and trained with the appropriate pastoral knowledge and must faithfully follow God's commandments.
The Catholicos of All Armenians urged the priests to implement the sacred mission of preserving their spiritual and national identity in the Armenian communities worldwide.
Conveying his blessings to the priests, His Holiness wished them God's support and guidance of the Holy Spirit in their responsible service.
