Catholicos of All Armenians Meets with Staff of the Mother See
On January 8th, in the Events Auditorium of the Gevorkian Theological Seminary, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received the administrative directors and employees of the departments and of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. His Holiness was accompanied by His Grace Bishop Mushegh Babayan, Director of Operations of the Mother See.
The meeting was opened with remarks by Bishop Mushegh. Congratulating His Holiness and the secular staff of the Mother See on the joyous occasion of the start of the New Year, Bishop Mushegh stressed that every official implements their service with love and devotion.
Dr. Armen Charchyan, Director of the Izmirlian Medical Center, spoke on behalf of the staff of the Mother See, and conveyed congratulatory remarks to His Holiness.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Catholicos of All Armenians offered his congratulations on the occasion of the Feasts of New Year and Christmas, extending his Pontifical blessings and best wishes to the staff.
His Holiness expressed his appreciation to the employees of the Mother See for their devoted service, highlighting the importance of their efforts in successfully realizing the mission of the Armenian Church.
His Holiness stressed that due to their dedicated service, many successes were recorded in the past year, and all the events marking the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide were implemented with dignity and great care.
“We believe that every good deed deserves the blessings of our ancestors and our fathers, and that blessing is the joy and happiness, the exultation and success of our life. Therefore, let us be worthy of the blessings of our fathers through our life and work…
We have this faith and trust and think that if each year we continue with this same faith and trust, we’ll change our lives for the better”, stressed the Catholicos of All Armenians, wishing that the Lord grant everyone good health, a joyous life and successful accomplishments.
