Catholicos of All Armenians Congratulated Female Employees of the Mother See on the Feast of Annunciation of the Holy Virgin Mary

On April 8, the Feast of Annunciation of the Holy Virgin Mary, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; met female employees who are working in different structures and departments of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
Following the welcome remarks of His Eminence Archbishop Nathan Hovhannisyan, Director of the External Relations and Protocol Department of the Mother See, the Catholicos of All Armenians offered his fatherly blessings and best wishes to all the women on the beautiful feast of Annunciation.
His Holiness highly praised the important role and mission of women in the life of the Armenian people, and referred to the devoted, Christ-loving and patriotic spirit of the Armenian woman.
Referring to the image of Holy Virgin Mary, His Holiness urged the women to be the creator of moral life of the Armenians. The Catholicos of All Armenians urged the attending women to prosper the Armenian life through their exemplary course and devotion towards the family and strengthen their homeland with their patriotism.
During the meeting, His Holiness Karekin II, notified with satisfaction about the consecration of the newly built Holy Mother of God church in Stepanakert, stressing that it was a great and fruitful event for all Armenians in Artsakh.
At the conclusion, the Catholicos of All Armenians asking for the intercession of the Holy Virgin, wished the attendees longevity and the peaceful and prosperous life under the Holy Right Hand of Lord.
