Catholicos of All Armenians Blessed Newly Ordained Fr. Vahrich

On July 25, in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; received and conveyed his blessings to Rev. Fr. Vahrich Baghdasaryan. Fr. Vahrich was ordained on July 23 in the Holy Cross Church of Aparan, by His Eminence Archbishop Karekin Bekchian, Patriarchal Locum Tenens of the Patriarchate of Constantinople.
His Grace Bishop Hovnan Hakobyan, Grand Sacristan of Mother See, presented the newly ordained priest to His Holiness, asking for the blessings and pontifical message of the Armenian Pontiff.
His Holiness congratulated the young clergymen on the occasion of his ordination and urged him to continue his service to the Armenian Church and the faithful people with humility and zeal, devotion and commitment.
Following a 40-day seclusion period, Father Vahrich will return to spiritual service in the Armenian Diocese of Germany.
