An awards ceremony was held at the Mother See

On October 19, in the “Garegin I” Educational Center of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, under the chairmanship of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians; an awards ceremony was held. The “St. Nerses the Graceful” high orders of honor of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church were awarded to the members of the Audit Committee of the Mother See See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Mr. Khachatur Mutafyan and Mr. Ludwig Haroyan, and the "Saint Sahak-Saint Mesrop" high order of honor was awarded to Miss Anahit Antonyan, responsible secretary of the Catholicos office, in appreciation for the long-term, devoted and useful services rendered to the Armenian Church.
His Grace Bishop Moushegh Babayan, Grand Sacristan of the Mother See read the Pontifical Encyclical addressed to Khachatur Mutafyan, in which it is specifically stated: "We highly appreciate your honesty that you, in response to our invitation, willingly bring your skills and abilities to the service of the construction and brightness of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, as a member of the Audit Committee of the Mother See. In the course of your service, we witnessed your demanding and meticulous attitude towards work, which ensured success for the effective operation of the Mother See."
Director of the "Garegin I" Educational Center of the Mother See, His Grace Bishop Vahan Hovhannisyan, presented the Pontifical Encyclical awarded to Mr. Ludwig Haroyan, in which it is recorded in particular: "We are satisfied with your services rendered to our Holy Apostolic Church. As a member of the Audit Committee of the Mother See, with your rich experience and abilities, you bring valuable utility to the Holy Etchmiadzin. In the past decades, we have witnessed with satisfaction your ecclesiastical love and zealous and devoted activity. In appreciation of your long-term activity for the benefit of the nation and the church, with love, ahead of the request of the Chairman of the Audit Committee, His Grace Bishop Ararat Galtagchyan, we present you with the highest order of honor "St. Nerses the Graceful" of our Holy Apostolic Church.
The Primate of the Armenian Diocese of the Baltic States, His Grace Bishop Vardan Navasardyan read the Pontifical Encyclical addressed to Miss Anahit Antonyan, in which it is stated in part: "It is our satisfaction that along with the pedagogical mission, you also assumed responsible positions in the Araratian Pontifical Diocese and then in the Catholicos office of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, with filial love and willingness to serve your hands and intellectual abilities for the greater building and brightness of our Holy Church. In your daily service, we are pleased to witness your meticulous attitude towards duties, enthusiasm and effort."
Following the reading of the Pontifical Encyclicals, His Holiness decorated the chests of the dignitaries with the medals of the Armenian Church.
The ceremony was concluded with the blessing remarks of the Catholicos of All Armenians and the "Protector" prayer.
