The first floor of the two-story structure of the deacon's residence (one-story on the side of the yard) was turned into a museum named after Ruben Sevak after the construction of a new refectory.
The construction and repair works on the first floor which started in 2012 were completed in 2013. (author of the museum reconstruction project: M. Movsesyan). The opening took place on September 10, 2013.
