Was born on May 20, 1982, in Tbilisi, Georgia. Baptismal name is Gevork.

From 1988 to 1999 - Secondary school No. 104 of Tbilisi.

From 1999 to 2005 - Gevorkian Theological Seminary.

 

  • Ecclesiastical titles and ordinations

 

In 2005 - Ordained to the diaconate by His Eminence Archbishop Nerses Pozapalian.

In 2006 - Ordained as a celibate priest by His Eminence Archbishop Yeznik Petrosyan.

In 2015 - Rank of Archimandrite. Thesis: "Comparative examination of folk ceremonies of Armenian and Russian church holidays".

In 2023 - Consecrated as a Bishop by His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.

In 2005 - Clerk-secretary of the Karekin I Theological Center of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

In 2006 - Spiritual Pastor of the Church of the Holy Redeemer in Batumi and the Armenians of Ajaria.

From 2008 to 2012 - Spiritual Pastor of the Holy Mother of God Church of the Armenian Diocese of Australia and New Zealand.

From 2013 to 2015 - Vice Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Russia and New Nakhichevan.

From 2015 to 2019 - Locum Tenens of the Diocese of Gegharkunik.

In 2019 - Locum Tenens of the Armenian Diocese of Georgia.

Since 2022 - Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Georgia.
