- General Information
Was born on August 20, 1963, in Hazarjrib, Iran. Baptismal name is Razmik.
From 1970 to 1974 - Secondary School of the village of Khanjyan.
From 1974 to 1980 - №1 Secondary School of Etchmiadzin.
From 1980 to 1986 - Gevorkian Theological Seminary.
From 1981 to 1983 - Service in the Soviet Army.
- Ecclesiastical titles and ordination
In 1986 - Ordained to the diaconate by His Eminence Archbishop Hoosik Santourian.
In 1987 - Ordained as a celibate priest by His Eminence Archbishop Nerses Pozapalian.
In 1989 - Rank of Archimandrite by His Grace Bishop Asoghik Aristakesyan. Thesis:“Ten Commandments and Christ”.
In 2019 - Consecrated as a Bishop by His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians.

From 1987 to 1988 - Head of the "Alex and Marie Manoogian" Treasury House.
From 1988 to 1990 - Abbot of the St. Tatev Monastery, and Spiritual Pastor of Goris.
From 1990 to 1991 - Director of Guest Relations of the Mother See.
From 1991 to 1992 - Vicar General in the Diocese of Syunik.
From 1992 to 1993 - Spiritual Pastor of the Holy Mother of God Armenian Church in Kishinev (Moldova).
From 1993 to 1995 - Spiritual Pastor of Samarkand City, Uzbekistan.
From 1995 to 2018 - Pastoral service in the Armenian Diocese of Germany (1998- Koln; from 1998 to 2005 - Berlin; from 2005 to 2017 - Hanau, Bremen, Hamburg, Halle, Braunschweig, Mainz, Giessen, Frankfurt cities).
From 2010 to 2018 - Vicar General of the Armenian Diocese of Germany .
In 2018 - Locum Tenens of the Armenian Diocese of Germany.
Since 2018 - Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Germany.
