Was born on October 28, 1967, in Beirut, Lebanon. Baptismal name is Vasken.
From 1973 to 1981 - Vahan Tekeyan School in Beirut.
From 1981 to 1987 - Gevorkian Theological Seminary.
From 1988 to 1991 - St. Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary in New York.
From 1991 to 1992 - University of Theology of the Anglican Church in New York (USA) (master's degree).

- Ecclesiastical titles and ordination
In 1986 - Ordained to the diaconate by His Eminence Archbishop Hoosik Santourian.
In 1992 - Ordained as a celibate priest by His Eminence Archbishop Khajag Barsamian.
In 1994 - Rank of Archimandrite by His Eminence Archbishop Khajag Barsamian.
In 2014 - Consecrated as Bishop by His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians.
