Was born in 1976, in the village of Voskehat. Baptismal name is Vardges.
From 1983 to 1993 - Secondary school in Voskehat.
From 1994 to 1999 - Vaskenian Theological Academy at Lake Sevan.
From 1999 to 2000 - Gevorkian Theological Seminary.
From 2001 to 2002 - Social Theology at the Diaconal School in Aarhus, Denmark.
From 2002 to 2004 - Spiritual Academy in Moscow (candidate of theological sciences).
- Ecclesiastical titles and ordination
In 2000 - Ordained to the Diaconate by His Eminence Archbishop Mesrop Grigoryan.
In 2001 - Ordained as a Celibate priest by His Eminence Archbishop Voskan Galpakyan.
In 2006 - Rank of Archimandrite by His Grace Bishop Yeznik Petrosyan (Thesis: "Ecumenism in the 20th Century and the Armenian Church").
In 2010 - Consecrated as a Bishop by His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians.

In 2004 - Member of the Ecumenical officials of the World Council of Churches.
From 2004 to 2009 - Member of the Church and Society Commission of the Conference of European Churches (CEC).
In 2005 - Head of the Office of the Inter-Church Relations Department of the Mother See.
In 2005 - Member of the Board of Trustees of the Armenian Round Table Charity Foundation.
In 2009 - Member of the Central Committee of the CEC.
From 2012 to 2015 - Primate of the Diocese of Artik.
Since 2015 - Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Great Britain and Ireland.
