- General Information
Was born in 1971, in Gymri. Baptismal name is Vasken.
From 1978 to 1988 - N 156 school in Yerevan.
From 1988 to 1994 - Gevorkian Theological Seminary.
From 1998 to 2000 - Holy Resurrection Theological College and the University of Leeds, England (Bachelor).
In 2012 - Montreal's Concordia University, theology and biology Ethics. Doctoral thesis entitled “Armenia's healthcare system: historical, social and theological rim, development prospects of the past, present and the future”
- Ecclesiastical titles and ordination
In 1994 - Ordained to the Diaconate by His Grace Bishop Anania Arabajian.
In 1995 - Ordained as a Celibate priest by by the Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin I.
In 2002 - Rank of Archimandrite by His Eminence Archbishop Mikael Ajapahian (thesis: "The Problem of Sacrament of the ‘Anointing the Sick’).
In 2003 - Consecrated as a Bishop by the Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin II.
In 2023 - Rank of Archbishop by the Encyclical of the Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin II.
- Tenure
In 1996 - Editor of the “Etchmiadzin” monthly journal publication of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
In 1996 - Vice-president of the newly established Christian Education Center.
From 1996 to 1998 - Lecturer at the Gevorkian and Vaskenian Seminaries (Interpretation of the Divine Liturgy, Hymnology, General Church History).
From 1996 to 1998 - staff bearer of the Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin I.
From 1998 to 2000 - Visiting Pastor in the Holy Trinity Armenian Church in Manchester.
From 1996 to 2000 - Member of the central body for organizing the events of the 1700th anniversary of the declaration of Christianity as the state religion in Armenia
