Was born in 1952 in Aleppo, Syria. Baptismal Name is Vrezh.

From 1959 to 1964 - Vahan Tekeyan Primary School in Beirut.

From 1964 to 1967 - Hovakimyan-Manukyan Secondary School of Beirut.

From 1967 to 1973 - Gevorkian Theological Seminary of the Mother See.

From 1974 to 1975 - St. Augustine School of Canterbury (England) (Pastoral Theology).

In 1973 - Ordained to the Diaconate by His Eminence Archbishop Hoosik Santourian.

In 1975 - Ordained as a Celibate Priest by His Eminence Archbishop Nerses Pozapalian.

In 1983 - Rank of Archimandrite His Eminence Archbishop Nerses Pozapalian. Thesis: "The origin of the monastic movement in Armenia".

In 1986 - Rank of Senior Archimandrite by His Eminence Archbishop Nerses Pozapalian. Thesis: “The rules by St. Basil of Caesarea”.

In 2011 - Consecrated as a Bishop by His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians.

In 2019 - Rank of Archimandriteby the Encyclical of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians.
